What you bring
- a logo and brand materials, if you have them
- photos, or an idea where to get them
- a finished graphic design or your own vision of the site
- a website that already runs and needs a refresh
- just a business idea, nothing else yet
I design and build websites for companies: from a business card site with your offer to a larger service with a blog and a catalogue. If you want, I can take on the whole job — graphic design, copy, photos, domain, e-mail and launch — and hand over a site running on your own domain.
The whole job on my shoulders
You can come with a finished graphic design, with your own vision, with a site that already runs, or with just a business idea. Every one of these starting points works — I take care of the rest.
Types of websites
I suggest the right choice during our first conversation, based on who your clients are and what they should do on the site.
A few subpages with your offer, price list and contact details. For service companies that want to be found and win orders.
from 1500 zł
The whole offer on a single screen, leading to a form. Works well for a single service or an ad campaign.
from 1900 zł
A larger site with separate subpages for each service, a portfolio and a project gallery.
from 3000 zł
A company site with an article section that brings in search traffic on its own over time.
from 3500 zł
Products or services with search and filters, without a cart. The client picks and sends an enquiry.
from 4000 zł
A site aimed at clients from your city and the surrounding area, prepared for searches that include the town name.

Scope
Panel
The site comes with a panel where you change content without contacting me. You type text as in a word processor, drag photos with the mouse, and the changes appear on the site right away.
Changing a service description, a price list or opening hours takes a moment and requires no knowledge of code.
You add new photos from your latest job yourself, with a description and a category.
You publish articles from the panel, with a preview before publishing and the option to schedule a date.
Messages from the site reach your inbox and are stored in the panel, so none of them gets lost.
Google visibility
I build search preparation into the site from day one, because fixing it later costs many times more. After launch you can see, in numbers, which queries Google shows your site for.
I arrange addresses, titles and headings around what people actually type into the search box when they look for your service in your area.
I hand over sites scoring above 90 points in Google PageSpeed. Fast loading affects your position and how many visitors stay.
I configure Analytics and Search Console, so from the start you can see how many visitors you have, where they come from and which subpages they read longest.
I can keep working on the site's Google presence: content, fixes and links from my own network of topical sites. The next steps come from the data.
Copy
I have been writing professionally since 2009, first as a copywriter and proofreader, then as a textbook author. That is why the texts for your site are created together with the layout rather than pasted into ready-made boxes at the end.
Extra features
Below are the add-ons ordered most often. If you need something beyond this list, I check feasibility at the quoting stage.
Ratings and comments pulled automatically from your Google Business Profile and shown on the site.
The client picks a free slot and gets a confirmation, and you see the booking in your calendar.
A portfolio split into categories, with zoomable photos and project descriptions.
Sign-ups, mailing and a subscriber panel.
Form enquiries land straight in the system where you manage your clients.
The same site in another language, with a switcher and separate addresses.
Add-on
Before someone orders a service, they first ask Google things like "how much does a custom kitchen cost" or "how to choose an interior designer". The autoblog answers those questions on your site and brings the client in before they reach your competitors.
Domain, server and e-mail
I check available addresses, help you choose and register the domain in your name. The first year is included in the launch price.
I host the site on a server sized for its traffic, together with an SSL certificate and backups.
Mailboxes in your domain, configured so messages arrive without landing in spam. I show you how to connect them to your phone.
Backups, uptime monitoring and updates. If something stops working, I know about it before you do.

I am based in Toruń and happy to meet in person — also at clients' offices in the neighbouring cities. I run projects fully remotely as well, so distance changes nothing about the deadline or the price.
Process
What you do, how clients search for you and what the site is supposed to do for you.
The scope itemised, a price and a deadline. One amount for the whole job.
I show you the design for approval before any code is written. Changes at this stage are free.
I write the texts, prepare the photos and build the site at an address you can preview.
Domain, e-mail, certificate, Google submission and analytics. The site goes live.
Backups, updates, monitoring and content changes whenever needed.
After launch
I show you how to change a text, add a photo or a post. The recording stays with you for later.
All logins and addresses in one place. The domain and accounts are registered in your name.
For the first month after launch I fix and explain as much as needed, within the price of the site.
A site like this is a set of ready files distributed across servers around the world, so keeping it online costs pennies and stays on my side. Once a year you pay only for the domain.
Price
That is the starting price for a business card site with your offer, a price list and a form — designed, written and launched on your own domain. I give the exact amount after we talk, once I know the number of subpages and the scope of the copy.
from 1 500 złnet, one-off
What affects the price:
Hosting, the certificate and backups are included in this amount permanently. After the first year you add one item: the domain renewal, usually around 100 zł.
Calculator
Tick what you need. The amount updates as you go and shows what each item adds. This is an indicative estimate, based on the same rates I use to quote real projects.
Questions
A business card site starts at 1500 zł net, a larger website with a blog and a gallery at 4500 zł. I give the exact amount after we talk, once I know how many subpages there will be and whether I write the copy. One price covers the whole job, with nothing added at the end.
A simple business card site takes one to two weeks. A larger website with copy and a gallery usually takes three to six weeks. The biggest factor in the timeline is how quickly I receive your materials and the design approval.
Yes. You get a panel where you can change a text, swap a photo, add a blog post or a new project to the gallery. I show you how it works at a meeting and leave you a recording. If you prefer to hand it over, I can make the changes as part of ongoing care.
Search preparation is built into the site from the start: addresses, headings, descriptions, loading speed and a sitemap. I submit the site to Google and set up analytics, so you can see the first visits. Lasting high positions take longer to build, and that is a separate job I can carry on with.
Yes. I register the domain in your name and configure it together with the site, and the first year is included in the launch price. Hosting, the certificate and backups stay included permanently — keeping a site like this online costs pennies and I take it on myself. After a year you add one payment: the domain renewal, usually around 100 zł.
Yes, and it is a frequent case. I build the new version at a temporary address, move the content over and set up redirects from the old addresses, so the Google position you have earned stays with you. The switch takes a few minutes and the old site stays as a fallback.
Yes. I set up mailboxes in your domain, for example contact@yourcompany.com, and configure them so messages from the site arrive without landing in spam. I also show you how to connect the mailbox to your phone.
I am based in Toruń, Poland, and happy to meet in person, also in Chełmża, Chełmno, Świecie, Grudziądz or Bydgoszcz. Most projects I run remotely, though, with clients all over the country — a phone call and video meetings are all it takes.
You do. The domain, the accounts and the files are yours, and you get full server access. You can move the site elsewhere at any time.

Projects rarely stop at one thing — here is the rest of what I do, each with its starting price.
Order
A few sentences about what you do and what the site should do for you are enough. I reply with a quote, a timeline and a suggestion where to start — usually the same day.
